P/O CONFIRMATION
Once confirmed, all Purchase Orders are NCNR (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable
QUALITY GUARANTY
- We provide you a Quality Guarantee Period of 6 months. Within the warranty period, if products are found with quality problems and/or specification mismatches (excluding operations conducted incorrectly and factitious damages) you have access to an failure process
SHIPMENT TERMS
- For your convenience, either shipping term, FOB USA or CIF HK, is available to you for each transaction.
- All goods will be delivered in a timely fashion according to the required date on P/O. In case of delayed delivery caused by a Force Majeure event (for example, natural disasters, war, or the failure of third parties, such as suppliers and subcontractors), Like-it is excused from liability. Under those circumstances, a new delivery schedule can be discussed and arranged and failed products can be replaced, with expenses charged to customers.
PAYMENT TERMS
- we offer a payment term of T/T In Advance or COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Payment should be remitted within 30 days after the receipt of the formal invoice. Each invoice will always refer to a PO number.
FAILURE PROCESS
- A failure report is needed
- Returned products will be taken care of by a like-it forwarder.
- Sample tests will be carried out by the manufacturers or by an authorized third party test center.
- The credit note will be released once the failure is confirmed.
